LOL, you were saying... ;) (just kidding) hehe

Seems like service requests aren't making much of a difference... may not be what u want to hear, but aside from contacting a congressman to make an inquiry about your case, seems waiting it out is your only other option... it sucks, but ur approval will come... the whole thing is horrible

Thank you so much for the reply. Does it mean that there might be problem with our papers?? shall we contact a congressman and explain them our case.... how can the congressman help us? Please any info about our case is highly appreciated it. We are so desperate to know everything...

There may be nothing wrong with your case at all. CSC is just really slow and some cases are lagging. If something were wrong you would still know about it via an RFE or some other notification. Just hang in there, A congressman, from what I've heard, just makes an inquiry into your case. There's no guarantee however that that'll make a difference. Try calling USCIS and see if they tell you anything, but my feeling is that they'll tell you to just wait some more. Sorry I can't be of any more assistance. All I can tell you is that you're not the only September or even August filer that still hasn't heard back yet. Take care.

Like I said, you can try. It won't hurt, but there are no guarantees. Seems that you're on/near the current processing date that they post on their site. Try calling USCIS as well. Good luck!!!

Thank you so much (Meno-is-mine)!! i really appreciated your help!!!! God bless you!

Me and my husband waited like almost 7 months now..and then last week my husband called the USCIS a couple of weeks ago as he need to change his address cuz we bought a property in US...my husband applied health insurance for me.. and we had our joint account too .. and also he included me on this tax reference too.... do you think it's an edge?? or there is no possible problem with our papers... cuz we almost settled everything.

Thank you again!

im really sorry to hear about troubles you are facing , i have the same Noa1 as yours ,9/14 filler and stil waiting for my Noa2.

Please be patient , and never take decision if you are nervous ....calme down ...be wise.. you will be soon together and all hardships will end up .good luck

Thanks, Atlasun. Hope you get yours soon too. I'm speaking to the choir, but it is such a frustrating process. I've been debating whether or not to call them yet because they say they are working on September 10th (and will be for who knows how long before they update their system), so it may be soon, but then the more days that go by, it gets harder. And now we have a lot of October filers getting theirs... I've got 90% of my documents ready for NVC, but all I can do is wait and hope to hear something soon. I just want to live with my husband and it's been such a long process. :(

Know there are others out there waiting too, so we're in this together. Congrats to all of the September filers who have gotten theirs already.
