Thank you all of you!

It certainly is a relief to get the NOA2. Well there is still that feeling of waiting, waiting for NVC, for case number, there will be waiting until the time she is here but at least the waits will be shorter to each milestone. Being stuck in this unknown with the CSC was horrible.

Regarding my wife, well we talked things out a bit and things are in a better place. Shegiggles you were on to something with what you wrote, it is mostly to do with anxiety of coming here. That is fine, I can tolerate that. But what I find so hurtful is that she takes it out on me. She knows what she is doing but still does it. I mean what is so hard with talking it out with me about it. Things are still rocky but in a much better place then where it was last week.

Another Sept Filer approved! My advice to those who are still waiting...call USCIS and ask to speak with a tier-2 agent. The website hadn't (and still isnt) updated and tier-1 didn't know anything. The T-2 agent looked at my file and right away told me my case had been approved on the 16th of March! Sure enough sitting in my mailbox when I got home was my NOA2.

Congrats to all who have been approved and those still awaiting for enduring this journey. Onward to the NVC!

i just got off the phone with the USCIS. they are currently working on the September 10, 2011 applications. they could not put in a service request for my priority date of September 29, 2011 because they haven't gotten to that date yet. according to them, i'm still in the normal processing time based on their workload pace.

hang in there people. keep your spirits up. our turn is right around the corner, that is for sure :)

Seems like service requests aren't making much of a difference... may not be what u want to hear, but aside from contacting a congressman to make an inquiry about your case, seems waiting it out is your only other option... it sucks, but ur approval will come... the whole thing is horrible
