Hi everybody,i filed my I 130 sep 6 and still waiting for my NOA1, Have a question for you guys,i did not mail E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance form G1145 with my docs,my question is:

yay!!! we are approved...no email or txt..they approved it on march 16 but I got the letter in the mail today!!! :dance:

Was your status updated on the case status page?

2011/04/22 got married

2011/09/10 Mailed I-130

2011/09/16 Received NOA1 in mail

2011/09/14 Priority date on letter

2012/04/06 Received NOA2 text/email(thank god!!)

2012/04/23 Received by NVC

2012/05/09 Case # assigned

2012/05/10 AOS Fee Paid

2012/05/11 AOS Packet sent

2012/05/15 DS3032 email accepted

2012/05/15 IV bill generated

9/17/2011 - sent I-13

09/19/2011 - noa1 received

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

9/20/2012 - Interview scheduled - October 3!!!!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

10/12/2012 - I-130 APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

KIDS' CASES

04/20/2012: NOA107/20/2012: instead of an approval, we got thrown into AP. sigh

11/01/2012: Boys' I-130 interview set for November 28, 2012.

11/28/2012: I-130s APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

01/08/2013: DS-3032 accepted

01/02/2013: AOS bill0

03/20/2013: Interview - was told the boys would have been approved on the spot if they had pics! Errrr :-(

04/15/2013: DNA test

05/15/2013: Emailed embassy BEGGING them to let boys drop off passports for visa insertion. IT WORKED!!!

Still waiting for ours. It's now been 190 days for us. I really hope ours gets approved very soon. This waiting game is so ridiculous! Luckily I see my husband in 5 more days. Makes this process just a little more easier. Congrats to all the September filers that have gotten approved so far!

CSC Process

9/12/11- Sent out I-130

9/15/11- Rec'd NOA 1

3/6/12- 5 months 21 days- Still waiting for NOA 2 :/

3/7/12- Called USCIS- say they are back logged and to wait 30 to 45 more days :(

3/27/12- NOA 2 Approved!!(194 days from NOA 1 date)

Our I-130 was approved on 3/23/2012! YAY!! We had waited 203 days for this! I don't know if it was the reason we got our approval or not, but I had contacted my Senator's office and told them we had waited almost 7 months. They told me that was too long to wait and that they would contact the CSC. Well, I'm assuming they did because we got our approval the same day!! YAY!!!

I hope everyone else waiting will be getting theirs soon! Don't give up!

- April 4, 2012, received NOA 2, move to NVC
- May 15, 2012, Case Number assigned!
- May 16, 2012, I 864 Bill paid
- May 19, 2012, Emailed DS 3032 to NVC
- May 24, 2012, Returned Completed DS 3032
- May 24, 2012, Received IV Bill
- May 24, 2012, Paid IV Bill
- May 31, 2012, AOS package SENT
- June 14, 2012, Package IV SENT
- June 26, 2012, CASE COMPLETED! 1 month, 1 week and 4 days since NVC received
