Hi everybody,i filed my I 130 sep 6 and still waiting for my NOA1, Have a question for you guys,i did not mail E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance form G1145 with my docs,my question is:

Seriously? So I can get a service request now?

Still nothing for me, 189 days since NOA1. I am going crazy here. I played some tennis yesterday and physical activities always helps to make you feel better. Hopefully today will be a better day than yesterday. Yesterday I was so utterly depressed, I have never felt like that before.

Dont know about the service request, im just waiting my wait untill im all waited out lolll.

But the processing time did change.

I wasn't depressed before but now that ppl petition dated after mine and arround mine are being approved and geting a lil distressed.

Maybe next week... I'm 180 days

My I-130 petition for my wife was received by the CSC on 9/2/11 and I still have not heard anything back. Still waiting for NOA2. Since the processing time has changed to 5 months, I just called them and put in a service request. At this point I just want to hear something...

Well my NOA date is 23rd, i dont think you can put in a service request untill your date is before the current processing date. I THINK that's how it works.

Im not bothering with a serivce request right now until the 1st week in April.

By the way, with a service request, do you have to go into a local USCIS office?
