Hello Fellow Sept Filers,

I barely made the month. Submitted my petition on 9/26. Was received 9/27 and now waiting for my NOA1. Looks like most of us are all West Coast bound. Was kinda hoping to be routed to VSC as there have been threads on the main messageboard that CSC is backed up.

Also noticed its taking about a week to receive the NOA1 for Sept. Filers. On other members timeline's its usually a few days.

Constantly checking my phone for that first text...I'm not looking forward to being OCD for the next few months...

Hello my fellow VJ Member, thank you for starting this thread. I sent in my I-130 on 9/20/2011 and received NOA that it was accepted on 9/23/2011. Now I guess the waiting game commences and the lonliness at heart grows. My wife is in Brazil now and I am on the phone with her as I type this message. I do hope that all goes well for us September filers of I-130 petitions and we we are all reunited with our loved ones as soon as possible. I need all the friends and help I can get so I am asking anyone here that has experience in this journey to feel free to comment on my page. Once again I wish us all the best of luck in this journey that we have embarked upon.......

2/27/12: mailed AOS (USPS Express mail) & was told the NVC accepted the Choice of Agent but havent heard or saw anything different

2/27/12: Choice of agent accepted

I guess in the mean time as we wait we can get most of the things ready for the NVC process.

I started to fill out the froms for the next step and sent my husband stuff for him to sign (eg: DS-230)

I guess when u have the stuff ready it will cut down some of the wait time and preparing it will occupy your mind as we wait for theses app 5 mths to pass.

We sent ours last September 26th. Found out check was cashed last October 3. No NOA1 yet. Hope and pray that all goes well. God luck to all of us.

April 6, 2011 - AOS status PAID - NVC acknowledged choice of agent thru email

April 18 2011- paid IV bill online

May 18, 2011 - Send AOS Package

May 26, 2011 - Send DS230

June 1, 2011 - received email from NVC stating that our AOS lacks something is this RFE?

July 9, 2011 - mailed required docs for RFE

July 21, 2011 - called NVC and AVR said RFE again bt we havent rcvd any mail from them

Jul.21,2011- SIGN IN FAILED

Jul 24,2011-called NVC and AVR stated CASE COMPLETED on Jul 20

Aug.24-25, 2011 - Medical at st.Lukes...PASSED!!!!!!!!!!

SEPT 12, 2011 - INTERVIEW SCHED at US EM MANILA......PASSED

It's really hard to say, some people get it in 70 days others in 140 days.. and some really lucky ones get it within 40 days..

VJ timeline estimates mine to be approved between Dec. 14- Jan. 28 (uscis received my petition on sept. 08)
