Hi everybody,i filed my I 130 sep 6 and still waiting for my NOA1, Have a question for you guys,i did not mail E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance form G1145 with my docs,my question is:

It's so sad to see on the timeline graphic that September has the least amount of approvals!!! Even Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan has more than us!!!!

What did we ever do to them?!?!?!

now that March has started, everyone got bumped up on Igor's list. I am #153 now. Lets hope that the approvals keep on coming.

The timelines have improved. Instead of being in April it now says between March 19th and March 31st. I hope this trend continues.

I've noticed my VJ timeline has also shifted to a smaller range and also to earlier dates... Although not precise, I know its a GOOD SIGN!!! =) MInes went from March 29-April 15 and now says, March 28-April 9... I won't bother calling. I think its on its way soon...
