10/29/11- Oath letter came, oath date 11/10/2011.10/31/11- Reschedule Oath :(
11/28/11- OATH CEREMONYI AM A US CITIZEN

09/20/11- Mailed I-130
09/22/11- USCIS received I-130(09/26/11- sent to CSC,09/27/11- Check Cashed).
09/30/11- NOA1 (NOA1 date 09/23/2011) Jan,2012- update from LPR to US Citizen
03/21/12- NOA2 (Email @11:45pm/ Hard copy received 03/26/12)
[NOA2 Sent to NVC (21day after)USCIS mail out case on April 11th 2012 to NVC

04/25/12: NVC Case Number,(9days after NVC receive case)

05/04/12: AOS Packet Delivered to NVC (info via USPS.com)(Approved 05/08/12)
05/07/12: IV Bill Generated, Paid & IV Packet Sent (05/08/12: IV Status "PAID")
05/09/12: IV packet delivered to NVC (info via USPS.com)

ROC: Eligible May 19th, 2014- Received letter from USCIS

 

May 2014- Husband is an American Solider with his US Citizenship.

Hi everybody,i filed my I 130 sep 6 and still waiting for my NOA1, Have a question for you guys,i did not mail E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance form G1145 with my docs,my question is:

We filed for an expedite last week, although seeing all you guys' amazing news we may be approved sooner than we think!! Many congrats all!!

NOA 1 received and routed to CSC - 9/22/2011

Petition Touched - 9/27/2011

Expedite Request sent - 02/24/2012

NOA 2 - 03/21/2012 (without need for expedite)

NVC Receive - 04/09/2012

USCIS: 161 Days NOA1 to NOA2

9/1/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

9/2/11 - Arrived in Chicago Lockbox

9/6/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to California Service Center)

9/9/11 - NOA1 Hardcopy in mail

9/9/11 - Check cashed .... and the wait Begin

2/10/12 - NOA2...no whammies, pleaase, email only, no txt

2/12/12 - mother in law past.... She was an angel

2/12/12 - NOA2 Hardcopy in mail

2/13/12 - NVC rec' case ! No expedite, but I worked a few nervIes...

NVC STAGE: .......days from case # to case complete

2/13/12: NVC received case (information only given on 02/13)

2/23/12: case number and IIN assigned - gave email info to operator

2/24/12 :Paid AOS fee and DS3032 sent by email (auto response received immediately)

2/27/12: AOS fee PAID on payment portal, Fee was withdrawn from Bank Account. So,is PAID :-)

2/27/12: mailed AOS (USPS Express mail) & was told the NVC accepted the Choice of Agent but havent heard or saw anything different

2/27/12: Choice of agent accepted

2/28/12: IV fee invoice received by email

2/28/12: Paid IV fee

2/29/12: IV fee PAID on payment portal

2/29/12: IV package sent

3/12/12: IV package reviewed and accepted. AOS package not Recv'd

3/14/12: Case complete!

4/06/12 : Interview Date Scheduled for 05/31/12!

4/09/12: Case file sent to Dakar

5/18/12: medical

5/31/12: interview , ap asking for joint sponsor

6/12/12: APPROVED!!!!

6/14/12 : pick up visa!!!

Currently : waiting to pick up visa

Congratulations!

I am so happy to see approvals on this thread! Hopefully we will be seeing a lot of activity here in the coming weeks and we will breeze through the whole thing. Looking at Igor's list, 3 September filers received their NOA2 yesterday. Congratulations to all 3 of you!

So. My noa1 was Sept 16 2011. We filed with the congressman to see what was happening.. within a day of them calling the case was approved! Noa2 Feb 23, though the website is yet to be updated.

On to the NVC we go :-) yay!

Can you give a sample of what your letter to your congressman said, please?

9/17/2011 - sent I-13

09/19/2011 - noa1 received

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

9/20/2012 - Interview scheduled - October 3!!!!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

10/12/2012 - I-130 APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

KIDS' CASES

04/20/2012: NOA107/20/2012: instead of an approval, we got thrown into AP. sigh

11/01/2012: Boys' I-130 interview set for November 28, 2012.

- Sept 29, 2011, received NOA 1
- April 4, 2012, received NOA 2, move to NVC
- May 15, 2012, Case Number assigned!
- May 16, 2012, I 864 Bill paid
- May 19, 2012, Emailed DS 3032 to NVC
- May 24, 2012, Returned Completed DS 3032
- May 24, 2012, Received IV Bill
- May 24, 2012, Paid IV Bill
- May 31, 2012, AOS package SENT
- June 14, 2012, Package IV SENT
- June 26, 2012, CASE COMPLETED! 1 month, 1 week and 4 days since NVC received
- August 2, 2012, Interview, PASSED smile.png

- October 18, 2014: arrived in the US :)

I called today and the guy said that California was working on I130 from August 2, and a few hours later I received a txt saying that my I130 was approved.!

My hubby wanted to know our case status as well..he called up the customer service and it was an answering machine..what number did you call?thanks a lot!

It's so sad to see on the timeline graphic that September has the least amount of approvals!!! Even Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan has more than us!!!!

What did we ever do to them?!?!?!
