I just check the Ignor list and went thur each one of the pending March filers. the majority haven't loged in to VJ since April, May and june 2011 and at least 2 said they got their Aproval but they clearly didnt update there time line so I think it's safe to say minus 15 from your 175.

Lolll too much time on my hand right, i know.

they need to find a way to force ppl to update their time line.

One person join date and last log in date was the same.

Same thing For APril, Minus 29. It seems like alot of people join the vj to just be able to ask a question and when they get the answer they are OUT so that leaves their time line hanging on the list. I saw one just up date went from NOA1 to AOS bill paid, dude didnt even put in he was approved so hes still on the list.

Well once March comes around, March 2011 filers will be dropped from the list. But I see your point about people not updating their timelines. I guess that comes with the package a little. Personally I think if any month is 85% complete then I conisder it complete. I just need something to guage the current trend so I have some idea of what is going on with USCIS.

12/28/2010 - We met in 3D for the first time

05/27/2011 - We got Married!

09/26/2011 - text received from uscis

09/29/2011 - NOA1 hardcopy received

03/16/2012 - NOA2 from uscis website, no text or email ever recieved

04/17/2012 - received NVC case # IIN & BID in the mail

04/18/2012 - optin email sent, AOS invoiced

04/19/2012 - optin accepted, choice of agent completed online

04/23/2012 - AOS paid, waiting for receipt

04/26/2012 - AOS sent

05/02/2012 - AOS checklist received, also false checklist for ds-261

So. My noa1 was Sept 16 2011. We filed with the congressman to see what was happening.. within a day of them calling the case was approved! Noa2 Feb 23, though the website is yet to be updated.

On to the NVC we go :-) yay!

I called today and the guy said that California was working on I130 from August 2, and a few hours later I received a txt saying that my I130 was approved.!

USCIS:
