Hi everybody,i filed my I 130 sep 6 and still waiting for my NOA1, Have a question for you guys,i did not mail E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance form G1145 with my docs,my question is:

I think we should expect them April time....CSC is currently processing August 2nd...sorry guys, dont know if your petitions went to CSC or not. Its so frustrating this waiting malarchy but I hope all will be good for us soon.

I know how to physically fill it out, I just don't know what to choose. We're not really applying for a visa as he is already here. And we have not filed for adjustment of status yet as he is in removals and can't apply until I-130 has been filled out. From what I can nderstand, the timeline business is no really for someone like us. Unless, like I said, I just can't figure it out!

Until I-130 has been approved....not "filled out". Sorry.

Ignor list is looking good so far, im loving it, altho i may be still a month and some away from NOA2 i feel so much closer. :star:

I think by the 2nd week in March we'd start seeing the 1st set of september filers on the ignor list. :dance:

I just realized that today is a holiday so this will be a short week at USCIS. There won't be any approvals today. Lets see what the rest of the week is like.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

Guys, when CSC say Aug 2, don't freak out. They're currently working on all August petitions, and they're rolling in.

I'd expect mid-March you guys will start getting NOA2s.

If you're worried, don't be. They haven't lost your petitions, they're simply backlogged. Severely. Your NOA2s will come.

The wait sucks, I know.

I just check the Ignor list and went thur each one of the pending March filers. the majority haven't loged in to VJ since April, May and june 2011 and at least 2 said they got their Aproval but they clearly didnt update there time line so I think it's safe to say minus 15 from your 175.

Lolll too much time on my hand right, i know.

they need to find a way to force ppl to update their time line.
