Hi guys,

Today is my 5 month mark, and my husband called the hotline today and was told that it will be another 2 months! (I am not surprised after having looked at all the trends!)

They are now dealing with the NOA1 date: July 22nd 2011

I hope this helps everyone out there who is waiting like I am... :blink:

ok so any news is good news in our case right, loll

I checked the ignor list.

CSC is approving I-129 visas for september already (seems like that's what they are trying to work on fastest)

and well I-130 for the middle-end of July are being Approved.

Hey good news to me man...

But for me the 5 mth mark i know is not going to happen.

My husband plays soccer every night to make his days go faster and for him not to think about it and recently i picked up my sons DSi (a game) and played with it, before i new it is 2am and i gotta work in 6 hrs. So i finally found something, not that productive to eat up my time.

Of course i miss my husband an last october 150 days seems so far way but now its almost here and we have survived so far.

Count 200 days from your NOA1 and then go crazy after that the 200th day passes. That's the best advice I can give seeing that the recent NOA2's came 190-200 days after the NOA1. If it comes before the 200th day count ur blessings. If we call after 150 days all they'd tell us is call back in 30,60 or 90 days. So dont let USCIS add to our stress.

My NOA1 date is Sept 23rd

My NOA2 (200th day) should be April 12th.

Guess this means all of us who took a head start on preparing for NVC has to use 2011 Taxes as our most recent. I already re did my Affidavit of Support to match.

Key: remember why you're doint this, becuz there is this most special person u adore and IS madly in love with million of miles away counting on u. (works for me)

CSC is approving I-129 visas for september already (seems like that's what they are trying to work on fastest)

CSC doesn't approve visas, they approve (or deny) petitions. Also, are you talking about I-129 petitions or I-129F petitions. An I-129 petition is completed by an employer seeking to bring a non-immigrant worker or workers; an I-129F petition is the petition for a fiance(e).
