CSC received our I-130 on 9/2/11. It's been 144 days as of today. I still haven't heard anything. I called the USCIS last week and they told me they were working on June 16th cases...I hope that is not the case, because 5 months is just around the corner for me.

From the looks of it, on Igor's list, it seems that they are dealing with NOA1 dates of mid-July at this point...

I too am fed-up of the waiting, and will be going onto month 5 in 2 weeks time

This is the last piece of helpful info that I found, and I wanted to share it with you all.

Here is the latest update of processing times (dated 25/Jan/2012)

http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=38345

I hope this offers some hope out there. According to this, all who filed the I-130 for a spouse (provided they are US citizens) should all be approved within 5 months. If you have not heard anything, well I guess you have a right to call the information center to inquire about the status of your application.

What does the following date mean exactly? They are working on the June applications? Does this mean the September applications are still months away?

Hello Rachie07,

Am I understanding you correctly? You have to wait until Sept. 22nd, which is an entire year from when you applied? If so, oh my!

Also, to anyone, does anyone know how long it takes after you get the NOA2 until the interview? 1 week? 1 month? 3 months? Do we decide when or do they just give us a date? (My husband is from Ireland.)

Still waiting...

Nope...thats my brain not working  no I meant the 22nd Feb...they told him they were working at five months and that if we dont hear anything by then, contact them.

I think someone said 3-4 months wait but who knows? I hope it all goes through quickly once/if it hits that point for us.

I love my husband!!
