CR-1 Interview date set. Please help!!!

Hi finally after 8 month we have our interview date in

Nicaragua on Sept 19. Please help me with this:

1- we have all documents ready, Do we have to pay for the

Visa before getting there? Do we have to pay something else.

We pay for AOS and 404 visa processing in NVC stage.

We know about her Medical but there is something else?

Please help us with this

I always advise you to post your questions in the CR-1 section since you would get better responses.

You don't need to pay anything at the Embassy. You will pay $7.00 whenever you pick up the passport and visa at Bancentro Centro Lafise. Your wife needs to bring her cedula.

Hello. We just went thru that. Your Visa can be paid at the interview. This might apply to you or not but make sure you have an recent birth certificate according to my fiance is one that has to be notarized. If you don't have it they'll give you a green piece of paper with the address we it can be done just FYI. We didn't know that and it delayed us for a week.
