A medical report more than 12 months old is no good.

You do not need to rush and send an imcomplete package because your wife's current status runs out in 6 days (if I understood correctly from yur previous posts) - in addition, if the end date of her current DS-2019 is in 6 days, she still has 30 or 60 days (can't remember which) beyond that date to stay int he US before she falls out of status.

In any case, even if she ends up overstaying by a few days / weeks, it will no haev any bearing on your AOS process. Overstay of US spouses is irrelevant during the AOS process, and will not be held against her. I would recommend filling out all the paperwork properly, obtaining all the necessary supportive paperwork including the medical, and sending everything once you have each and ever single paper and document in your package.

4 different threads all on the same AOS application have been merged together into one thread so as to avoid confusion and to keep all of the information in one place. It is not necessary - nor desirable - to start a whole new thread each time you have a new question on completing the AOS application. Please ask your questions in this one thread so everyone is aware of the situation and you don't have to keep repeating details necessary to provide an answer.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
