I m under AP since february 14; 2011. The CO gived me a white 221 g & I was told to wait for their call, no doc to submit

the CO didn t have doubt in our relationship & told me that they need to make bagroundcheck about my husband s naturalization.

have your congressperson call them. Im sorry you have to wait so long.

Oh sorry you have waited so long. Have you tried calling Department of State (DOS) to find out if it is a local background check or the backgroud check at Washington, D.C. My husband was on AP from 26 May to 28 Jul a bit over 60 days but they kept his passport and called him back for an interview within that timeframe. Also remember you can do an inquiry since it has been over 90 days.

As stated previously, your spouse can call her/his Congressman so they can do an inquiry on the case.

yes we call DOS every 15 days and we called uscis on 08-31-11 & told us that within 30 days we will have a response

so we re waiting but no congressman if he really can do something for us I will tell my husband because i heard that no one can expedate the AP

Yes the Congressman cannot expedite the process but he can get you a better update. If they gave you 30 day timeframe then that is great, I hope you get called soon.
