Guys the K-1 visa process isn't as difficult as it seems. Just give it time and pray it's being handled by someone who knows how to do their job..

Nonetheless, just relax and you should be fine..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

While these are comforting words, it's easy to say when your whole K-1 process took less than most wait just to get to the NOA2 stage. I'm sure it's not as easy as "just relaxing" when you've been waiting five months or more for a petition approval.

I think his point is...this is the process...we deal with it.

Some have a quicker journey than others, but sitting around and complaining about it won't speed it up.

This is how you do it...this is how you get your SO here and you should have known that BEFORE you started...you KNEW you'd wait...

His point about "just relax" is valid. You can sit around and whine and moan and complain or you can relax and keep living your life and WAITING.

It sucks, but that's the way it is....

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Who said they aren't living their life? My point is, it's easy to give advice when you haven't dealt with the situation yourself. It's kind of like tellling a starving person that they'll eat soon when you're choking down a steak dinner.

So, while we understand it can be a long wait (for some), it still doesn't make it easier. Thanks for your insight. If I could have my case wrapped up in three months and a few days, I could relax.

Also, by complaining or venting, it's easier for some to "just relax," as it was so eloquently put.

Besides, you certainly are a good interpreter of words :D

I think all of the applicants got worried, bored, and sometimes feel that they were impatient. I think you cant do away with those things. 4 months and up of waiting alone in your house, not working and etc Im sure you will complain, worried, almost feel like crying and etc.

I have a friend she just submit her AOS to Chicago but now she is complaining that she havent recieved a notice yet and bla bla bla...How much more those who are waiting for how many weeks and months.

That's a different issue - at least with AOS you are together. These ppl are talking about not being together yet...which is something we've ALL been through.

Indeed, so let me spell it out. Your whole K-1 process took 3 1/2 months according to your timeline. Some have been waiting over five months for an NOA2 alone. While we have all been apart, it takes a lot longer for some. So, telling someone to "just relax" is easy to say when you haven't been in the same type of situation. That's all I'll say about it.
