What is important is the information that is contained in the original post.Who posted it or where it came from hardly seems relevant. It gives us an idea of what case officers could be looking for.It wouldnt matter to me if I came across this information in a public restroom much less the UScis website.A lot of us here on VJ, take advisce and recommendations of people here who are not immigration experts or even case officers. What is the big deal in debating the source of this document?

What exactly counts as over-submission of documents? Because I'm planning on frontloading my I-129F with a lot of documentation due to the nature of the New Delhi consulate. I've always heard this a good thing but apparently it can be a bad thing too. wacko.gif

SinghSingh....

I think this is sort of a scare list.

If your case is legitimate, just be yourself.

I think that is the message you need to 'hear'.

The first time I did this about 4 years ago, I sent in a chit-load of paperwork.

Mine was as you say, overloaded with documentation, proof of relationship.

My app was nearly 2 inches thick pile of relavant stuff.

Of course, the relationship had been about 4 years, so there was plenty of stuff.

The interview in Bogota was....... 2 or 3 Q's, 2 or 3 minutes. VISA GRANTED.

07/27/2011...........NOA1 received.

12/05/2011...........RFE received.

12/13/2011...........RFE response sent.

12/16/2011...........RFE RESPONSE received by Vermont S.C.

12/22/2011...........Teased by a text-message from uscis, saying they have received my response to the RFE.

12/30/2011...........LA VISA APROVADOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

01/12/2012...........Case Sent To Bogota Colombia, from the National Visa Center.

02/09/2012...........Schedule Interview.

03/23/2012...........Interview (to take place then)!

04/07/2012...........Arrived in USA.

07/01/2012...........MARRIED!

What next?

.......How the days DO slip away!
