Skype is easy, cheap, and has records. MagicJack is even cheaper, but I'm not 100% sure how they keep records. I know there is a record of calls on your computer, but I don't know how far back it goes. Also google has a service, but i have never used it.

In that case, check with Skype--they are supported through many cell phone services--I call with Skype from my Verizon cell phone service. When I make an international call, it automatically calls Skype and then places the call either from my address book or I can enter it manually. I know that Skype is aggressively expanding their service to cell phones from many carriers, but I don't know if they have reached your carrier yet.

As an alternative you could have the majority of calls originate in the US to your cell phone using Skype, MAgicJack, et al, and then you would have the cheap price and records.

My husband pays Skype a nominal fee each month to make cell phone calls via its service.

Here's a link to British Skype Rates.

Does Talk Mobile provide you statement?

Another thing is when you want to call using mobile are you wanting to use the data or just the regular talk time?

If you got data then you can use something like skype, if just the talk time - you might have to buy a card or something to make call for which it would be difficult to get record.

You can also check out reliance site, I know they have option to call to India, not sure if you can call to US.
