I wonder if anyone else has been told by NVC that no documents have been received after nearly 8 weeks since mailing. I am using a very good immigration attorney who is now putting a trace on the packages sent to find out weather they realy have been lost in the mail or if this another ruse from NVC. FYI have re sent in copies of Docs.

A really good attorney would have sent it with proof of delivery and followed up 7 weeks ago. Could it be that they forgot to mail it and the ruse is not NVC? Just sayin'.

Hope you get back on track soon. Good luck to you!

Wouldnt suprise me at all with her track record of delays, but what can i do, too far along now to change, thing is i havent seen my children since November last year.

Hubby and boys are in Sugar Land, I see your Houston, used to work down town there many years ago.

Thanks for your input Nich-Nick.

Well you will be close to member T-BoneTX. Not British, but pops up everywhere on VJ. There's a current thread of Brits over in the CR1 forum you might want to join up with and compare notes/get tips. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/326072-waiting-for-london-interview-date/page__p__4863916__fromsearch__1#entry4863916

About your lawyer--just make sure you know the process well so you can check up on her. Get your shots done now if you haven't already.
