January 30. 2008 - Received NOA1 (I130,I765,I485)

Febuary 26. 2008- appt. for Bio

March 26. 2008 BIO taken

March 28. 2008 touch

April 28. 2008 touch and aproved at the Infopass ,EAD on order..

April 30. 2008 I765 touch..... its been aproved allready

May 1. 2008 I765 touch......

Hi everyone,

Merry christmas and happy new year!!!

It's been a busy holiday week, hope everyone had a great one! Anyways, just an update. My interview last 12/13 is great. I received the congratulations paper and im just waiting for the oath ceremony. Good luck everyone! :)

Oh and congrats SAYSWHO!!! :dance: still waiting for mine :innocent:

Thanks Richo!! I thought it would be pretty straight forward (and it was), but I was surprised how moved and emotional I was. There were 51 people from 26 different countries...now all of us united as Americans. I'm very proud and very happy it is all done!!! Now off to apply for my passport in the morning....

HI,

I passed my test today, my oath will be on the 12th of January.

We were late (around 30 minutes), and I had to wait on the waiting room to take the test between 2 appointments.

She only asked me for my passport, the letter, driving license, and green card, 6 questions, and 1 short sentence to write and 1 short one to read.

At the end she told me: It's easy you see. Yea!

Congrats man. Please let us know where will you have your interview, I would like to find out since we both live in the same borough. It's kind of weird cos I am an August filer and still haven't received an interview letter.

Still no news from uscis...I had my interview last Dec. 7 and 3rd yr LPR last Dec. 23...I called up the 800 number and told me it usually takes 90 days from 3rd year LPR in San Francisco case...any related issues like mine? Thanks!
