December 8th.....Packet 3 Received (Sent back 10th)

January 8th.....Packet 4 Received

January 16th.....Interview in London

January 20th....Flight to AZ via JFK, received temp EAD

February 29th...Civil Ceremony

March 10th...I485, I765 & I131 sent to Chicago

March 22nd....Received NOA for I485, I131 & I765 (All dated March 18th)

March 24th....Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated March 20th)

April 7th...Request for Initial Evidence for I485 (Received in MO on the 10th)

April 9th....Biometrics Appointment

May 30th...EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approved

June 7th....Wedding!!

June 13th...EAD Card & AP in hand

September 22nd...AOS Interview - APPROVED!

Nov 21st...Card Production Ordered!

Nov 22nd...Welcome to America Letter Received

hello,

I'm a lucky one, I'm not required to have my biometric,

After several calls, I received a letter today, it's indicated that the systems indicate that I appeared at the local application support center and had my biometrics taken.

Well, if they tell it.

I read also that the biometric are valid for 15 months (I did my ROC around August 2010), so I'm in line for my interview since september 2011.

I'm sure that they won't reimburse me my biometric fee

So we rec'd a yellow letter in the mail to bring Phot ID/Drivers License, Original proof of our Divorces, and to bring original info about the arrest and how it was resolved. Italo was never arrested. Only we listed his 2 traffic citations for speeding which we resolved with no points or traffic school. We have the original citations and the adjudication letters from the courts so we will take them to the interview. Don't they do a background check? They should know he has no arrest record...Right?? Does he say anything about this or see if they even question it?

My experience with them is to never bring up anything by yourself. They ask and you answer - truthfully. Don't start chatting away and let them control the situation. Considering everything else in their computer system, I am not surprised that they mistakenly put something about an arrest in it although it never happened. Bring your papers and it will get resolved IF it is brought up at all.

Thanks for the input We think the same, will be prepared with our papers just incase.
