Greetings all I am a new member here. Anyways I hope someone can help me with my situation. My fiancée is actually here in the states. I met her thru a friend of my mom. She works as a physical therapist at the local hospital via work visa that she got. We would like to get married. What do I need to do and what process do I need to do ? Another thing her middle name is Reyes and that is also my last name is that going to raise a flag ? Where do I start ?

***** Moving from Employment Visa to AOS from Work... forum as OP's fiance already has a employment visa *****

Since she is here legally on the employment visa, you can get married and then adjust her status (=AOS) to become a greencard holder. Check out the Guides for details of what to do and which forms you need: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

You would get married and then adjust her status (what people refer to as AOS).

The name thing will not matter. That's a common filipino/spanish name so they'll do name checks and all that, but nothing to worry about!
