Hi Guys...

I have a question.

when your case is going through administrative processing, whether DOS/Embassy do the name checks and other verification only for the applicant?

whether they does any name checks and background checking for the petitioner too?

Thanks for any input.

in my case the name check are made for the petitioner not for th aplicant

I was told that by a CO when he called me

Thanks candle for your reply... I was curious to know this. because my wife and our 1 year old daughter is under AP for last 8 months. My wife has never traveled out of the country. I don't understand what sort of AP is this for my family? its really disappointing and time consuming process... :( top of that they never update or give any information about the ongoing AP process. that's SAD.
