Hua had her interview on 08/26, she was not aked many questions,VO asked her where i worked and what do i do there,then asked to look at some pics. Then VO asked if my ex-wife still lives with me and she said no,then VO asked it again and she said no she has already moved 2 years ago,then the VO went to consult with another officer came back and gave her blue and told her not to worry about it but they need to investigate further,so a couple hours ago she got EMS with letter saying approved,so it only took a couple of days. I will say it is true that what i have read so many times and that is i think they have made their minds up before the interview, i beleive that she got blue because my ex-wife's name is still on a couple of utility bills,i pay my bills online and just have never payed it any attention, this can be the only reason why they asked her about my ex-wife still living here with me because there is nothing else.The whole process for us took 8 months. Anyway we will start our life together here in the States in a few weeks. Good-luck to everyone out there waiting!

Thank you everyone, yeah i was suprised about the ex-wife question as well but it had to come from the utility bills because we have no accounts,properties or anything else with our names together and we have been filing our taxes seperate with her living in another State.

Congratulations!

Hi Ryan, i see that you are in Seattle? I was out there the end of July and spent a few days on Mt Baker,had a great time,we got caught in a white before we got off the summit dome and had a climber get injured so things got interesting for awhile, man it is really beautiful out there. I would love to live there one day.

[For anyone else reading this]

You can pay for a background check on yerself - usually under 100 bucks - might be a good thing to get prior to filing the I-130.

Will turn up these 'cohabitation' thingies (such as a joint bill from ex-spouse) immediately.
