Hi,

i know people get touched like a day or 2 after approval which was also in my case but i called nvc and they said that the case has been forwarded to the embassy.so how can it be touched after 12 days.

does it mean my petition is still there and not left?

cause i have not heard anything from the embassy yet

Bombay,

Hard to say ..by the information you had?

It is possible embassy might have requested some missing information from NVC that might have caused a touch.

OR

Sometimes .. its possible fro NVC to a wrong consular section expecially in countires where there are multiple consulates. Then based on the feedback they got from consulate, they might have corrected their mistake by resending the information to right consulate.

Anyhow .. Good Luck for you
