I am filing for my husband and 2 kids at the SAME time. I know NVC told me that when they schedule the interview that the kids will get the same date and time as the father and must go to interview as well.

I just waiting for the interview now and was wondering if any of you who already went thru the process knows if the children (under 18) are asked questions at the interview?

they asked my nephew about his mom but not too much, plus he talked alot. so just have them prepared.

My hubby kids were follow to join, when they went they did not ask them alot of questions.. ages 3 and 9, I would say the co asked about 2 question, never the less have them prepared you never know>>>

My daughter is CR2 and she is only 6 years old the consul didnt asked any questions....he just look at my daughter...goodluck and godbless

My kids are around 9-12 years old. They will talk without us even preparing them. In fact, they can just interview them alone and will see how quickly we are approved. Nonetheless, I will ensure that hubby and I prepare them even a bit by explaining to them the immigration process and so forth.

Our 5 y/o son CR2 was asked no questions but spent the preceding 45 minutes in the consular waiting area climbing all over me, playing and very vocally (shhhh.........shhhhhh.........I told you Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........) Daddy this, daddy that, Daddy can we go here............daddy can we go there............. etc....
