Just found out that NVC accepted the DS-3032 email with out any signature(using the template for email) and my AOS fee of $88.00 is paid. Just waiting for the $404.00 to be invoiced and the I-864 paper work to be sent off.

Looks like my IV invoice was just sent and ready to be paid.

That one might take a week or two...lol.

Husband still needs to get his immunizations caught up and medical appointment set.

That won't be for another week or so. Right now making sure all my I-864 forms are together and ready

Well we are a day or so behind you in the process but I haven't heard anything about the DS-3032 yet. Did they email you an acceptance? Just checked the payment portal and the IV fee is not yet invoiced. Hopefully our I-864 package will be sent today.

They emailed my husband first and then sent me an email as well.

A day after that the IV fee was invoiced.

I bet you get something today or tomorrow.

I also called NVC just to double check that the DS-3032 was accepted because it wasn't signed and scanned just the template was sent.

Because IR-1/CR-1 applicants actually submit packages at NVC whereas K-1 applicants do not. They have to submit the packages straight to the embassy/consulate.

Hi, I was approved on August 26th and they received my papers at NVC on August 31st. I call them everyday. They still have not gotten my case number. It looks like it is taking a little less than a month for married couples right now to get their case numbers. I hope it goes fast after that.

I emailed the DS-3032 template on Monday. Just called NVC to see if it has been accepted and was told it can take 5-10 business days to process.

Ya. I had heard it could take NVC about a month to assign a case number. But I was a little surprised when I called today and they hadn't even received my approval from USCIS yet. So....I guess I'll call again soon. I want them to know we aren't working with our old lawyer so they will send my hubby stuff to me.
