I just got the NVC emails but I still can't pay even though I have an invoice??????????

Payment of AOS bill and invoicing of IV bill do not go hand in hand. Since your DS-3032 was just accepted, it will take a few days for the IV bill to be invoiced.

Wow! This seems to be moving so fast! I sent my DS-3032 to NVC by my husbands email this morning and they have already responded back that they have received it and accepted it and that all future correspondence will be addressed to the petitioner (me).

My heart is fluttering because I am so excited and relieved (and hopeful) that this journey is almost over. It feels like it is flying now.

You go girl. Now keep looking to see if you can pay the 88.00 AOS fees. Mine went really fast. I mailed off my last packet today with the DS-230 in it. Paid the 404.00 embassy fees yesterday and it was marked paid today.

IS good to see them moving

Got excited and called as well, just to get disappointed. The answer this time was “call the third week of October to see if we scheduled you for a November interview"

And I said...of course..Not only will I call you twice a day as I have been doing lately, but I will kick it up one more notch and call you until your all recognize my voice and will be no need to verify the petitioner and beneficiary :P

They told me that too and I just kept calling everyday.

Where did you send it? What was the exact email address?

I sent mine and I did not get the automatic reply from them.

Did you attach the signed 3032 or do your own from the VJ template?

Did you get an automatic reply this morning?

And how many hours passed from sending it to getting the email of acceptance?

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Just heard from NVC operator that our AOS was approved! Took 4 weeks to get a case number and 2 days to approve AOS. Nice change of pace! :thumbs:

02-25-11 Sent I-130

03-01-11 NOA1 Priority Date

03-04-11 NOA1 Email/text

03-07-11 Check cashed

03-09-11 NOA1 hard copy

06-16-11 NOA2 Email/text (107 Days! Yaay!)

06-21-11 NOA2 hard copy

06-21-11 Informed USCIS of their error: they wrongly thought we were adjusting status so they held the petition and didn't forward it to NVC

06-30-11 Expedited service request granted to forward petition to NVC

08-02-11 Congressional Inquiry to get USCIS to finally forward petition to NVC

08-05-11 USCIS admits our file was routed to National Records Center and will expedite its return and forward to NVC

08-23-11 Congressman's office informs me that file is FINALLY on its way to NVC! Woohoo!!

09-19-11 Case # Assigned. Emailed DS-3032.

09-22-11 AOS Bill Invoiced/Paid. DS-3032 Received. Emailed DS-3032 again.

NVC and IIN number received!emails given after 3 phone calls. They said they could not accept them. So I got the NVC and IIN at noon (my time and 11am their time). Then tried again at 2 then finally someone accepted the emails at 3pm. Ahumdallah

Oh good. I just got your message and I was going to respond just now but I see you figured it out. Hooray for you!!

I used the VJ template I did not get an automated response. I got a personalized response a few hours later.

Well, I just received my invoices for AOS and IV payment in email so I can pay them now. Wow! All in one day!!!

They are really booking it!!! I'm so excited. It seems that after all my long wait, I am caught right back up to you anyway!

I'm so excited. It's like....a light at the end of the tunnel.

I just hope the interview gets approved and that light at the end of the tunnel isnt an oncoming train. LOL.

Hey Saylin,

We are currently waiting on an interview date and I have booked my flight for November 24th... (Yep, I'm always optimistic)!!

My question is this: How likely do you think it would be that I'm denied entry if I don't get an interview date before November but still want to use the purchased ticket for some time with my husband? What kind of proof (apart from my interview) do you think I'd need that I intend to return to the UK?

i have a question..

i checked my status online and it said post decision activity and I was aporoved. i called NVC but they told me to wait for the letter. Do I really need to wait for the letter of approval before calling them? What i have read in here, they will just ask about the receipt number, isn't it?

Since you're going through Morocco, the Beneficiary ID number will be useless as that's for online forms, and Morocco isn't eligible for those online forms. So you can disregard this number.

I'd suggest sending the DS-3032 now. But be warned, it MIGHT be rejected cause when they get to it, they might not be ready yet to accept anything for the case. You'll get a response saying this. If this does happen, just re-send the DS-3032. This way, in case they do accept the DS-3032, you wouldn't have wasted a few days.

And yes, I remember getting very nice operators at NVC. There was only one that pissed me off...

If you call them at 630 am you might get a guy named Gary....he needs some classes on customer relations. He has a vile attitude and always said call back in 4-6 weeks. lol I always called him by name each morning thinking he might become nicer...he did not
