Congrats!!! That's great news!

Our IV bill was marked paid in about 18 hours! So I'm off to post it soon. Yaay! Hope our case is closed as quickly as yours! I'll be interested to see when you get scheduled for an interview.

P.S. We have the same wedding anniversary :)

Thanks, I can't quite believe we have come this far. Our IV package was reviewed very quickly. My cheapskate husband ;) decided not to bother sending it express mail so it didn't reach NVC until Friday and our case was closed on Monday. I hope it's as quick for you because I know you have been put through the mill with your process. I'll keep you posted on my interview date - I am hoping for early November but I have seen a thread where people contacted the Embassy after getting their date and were able to bring it forward so I might try that if I don't get as soon as I want.

Cool about the shared anniversary. :)

Payment of AOS bill and invoicing of IV bill do not go hand in hand. Since your DS-3032 was just accepted, it will take a few days for the IV bill to be invoiced.

I just called the AVR - our case was completed on 26th!! Woop whoop! I needed some good news after the last couple of days of non-visa related bad news.

My AOS says Paid and I printed barcode sheet. Shoud I now mail out I-864 pkg? No e-mail yet that they have received the DS-3032 and I still can not pay 404.00.

Yes, as long as the AOS appears as PAID, then you can send the AOS package.

And the IV bill won't be invoiced until the DS-3032 has been accepted.

Yes, you can go ahead and do that. You will not be able to pay the IV bill until you receive the email with the instructions.

Ok I just got email with instructions on DS-3032. Now what?

If you haven't sent the DS-3032, then send it. If you have sent it already, just wait till you get a response from NVC.

If you haven't sent the DS-3032, then send it. If you have sent it already, just wait till you get a response from NVC.

Just thought of something.....if I am not in EP can I still send the DS-3032 by e-mail or do I have to send it by mail?

What time did you find out? Did you call or use the AVR? My date of the 12th is the same as yours so I hope I get some numbers soon. I have 500 dollars burning a hole in my pocket that I neeeeeeeed to give to NVC! LOL

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

I called the operator every day at 4:00 pm (west coast time). Today, they asked me to verify all of my info and asked me what my husband's e-mail was. When I gave her all of the info, I said - "does this mean I have my case number???" She said yes, and gave me the number.

You should get yours soon if you were the same day as me!!! *Crossing fingers*

What day did they tell you that NVC received it?

I am seeing if it matters what day we got the noa2 or the day nvc received it.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

14 days ago I emailed my DS-230 package.

9 days ago I received an email saying the package had been accepted and to wait 20 business days.

6 days ago I received an email from NVCInquiry asking for the DS-230 package I had already sent (previous email came from NVCElectronic). I figure this is the false RFE that I have seen others get.

From last week until now, NOTHING.......... :wacko:

It seems after moving along at a nice pace, the progress of my file has come to a screeching halt. I thinking of calling the NVC on Friday, although, not much may come of such a call as they will just feed me the 20 business day line from the email I received on the 19th.

Did they say they accepted it?

yes they said that all information will be sent to agent's address indicated. they also gave link to downloaded AOS forms to file.

I went to pay the IV fee and it will not let me check Select next to not paid on the 404.00. I have already paid the 88.00
