I'm not sure about the RFE. I think it's longer since I believe I've seen some people take awhile to respond to RFEs, more than a month.

And I hope NVC gets your case soon and assigns a case number. Remember, it's usually been a month from NOA2 to getting a case number, so you still a ways to go unfortunately

Can I send the AOS package to NVC from here in the UK? I have all the documents and forms here so would rather send it directly to them rather than to my husband who never has any time to get to the post office!

Hi, folks! Just got my case # yesterday (NOA2 as of August 31st, NVC received on September 5th) and getting my i-864 ready. I've prefilled out i-864, but than I've come across with info that I can submit i-864EZ.

My question is: when you submit i-864EZ, do you have to send in all 11 pages or just form pages with filled info?

Ooops. My answer is on NVC web-site. No need to send.

Can I still use this i-864ez if I:

1. Made a joint 2010 tax year return.

2. Going to sumbit my W-2 along with scanned 1040 and other supplementing docs.

3. I have interest earned in the bank.

Which income should I include in i864ez: only from W-2? Or W-2 + bank interest?

Payment of AOS bill and invoicing of IV bill do not go hand in hand. Since your DS-3032 was just accepted, it will take a few days for the IV bill to be invoiced.

If you follow the template that I linked, you'll know you don't need to scan anything, or sign or anything. And they have the email address listed in the instructions at the top. No need to mail anything. Just follow the instructions and it'll be accepted within a few days.
