I want to ask how long to wait to pay for the AOS bill online?

We got our NOA2 on 2 August and are still waiting for a case number. The first time Trevor called they told him they received our case on 8th but when I called today they told me it was received on 12th! The operator said it takes them 20 business days to get it into their system so that takes us up to next Friday. Hopefully!

Is the AOS bill invoiced? If it is, then don't wait and pay it asap!

If it's not invoiced, it's usually invoiced a few days after the case number has been assigned. Just keep trying to sign into the payment portal and seeing if it's there.

Yeah, lately at NVC there's been a backlog and it's been taking a month from NOA2 to case number. Just keep calling NVC every day to see if the operator has good news for you. Good luck and hope you get it soon!

No, the AOS bill isn't invoiced yet! It shows SIF!

If you're getting the SIF at this point of your NVC journey, it's a good indication they're inputting your case into their system, and that the AOS bill should be invoiced shortly! Just keep checking as often as you want; it should be up very soon!

Today I received the AOS bill email from NVC. I went online and made the payment!

I just want to know when the payment shows paid, I can print out the receipt and attach to all AOS docs and mail it out? Do I need to attach the email that I received?

Grats on paying the bill!

Once it appears as PAID, there will be a button to 'Print Document Cover Sheet'. That's the bar-coded cover sheet that's talked about on VJ. That's what you need to attach as the first page in the AOS package. You don't need to include the receipt or any email you got. Just the bar-coded cover sheet.

Another problem is that I emailed my DS-3032 few days ago (refer to my timeline) and I received 2 emails today.

The 1st email is a reply from my DS-3032 that they are unable to add an agent to the case record at this time.

The 2nd email is attachment form of DS-3032 and says that it is now eligible for further processing.

Should I send another same DS-3032 email again? Thanks!

Yup, send another DS-3032. Sometimes NVC gets to the DS-3032 before the case is ready. So, just send another one and you'll receive an acceptance this time.
