According to the scans of random WAC #'s nobody is approved yet with our same NOA1 date. This is scaring me! I saw some approved back in Oct and Nov but I am willing to bet you they are expedites or military cases.

Based on Igor's list, there have been zero new approved I130s for July filers for the last week. Two were approved that day. Prior to that, the last approval for a July filer was a month ago in mid-December. Based on the evidence at hand, CSC has stopped working on July petitions... again

Holy #######!!

I actually got a lady who cared and put in a service request '16June' or no '16June'!

Who knows what will come of it.. she said that if I don't hear anything in 15 days to email back at a given address. It may result in nothing more than 'Wait your turn', but at least she didn't just blow me off. :D

For future reference, her name was Rosa and her BadgeID number was G674402.

I don't know if you can request to speak to a particular person when you can, but if you can, asking for her would probably help.

With that in mind, anyone who is at or beyond 5 months, call immediately. Maybe there is some small chance we can wake CSC up?

what the hell is going on? This is utterly unacceptable and someone must be held accountable. These are peoples' lives here in their hands. I do not know what to do, but we all can think of something together to get this process rolling. I am not going to just sit here and take this like nothing happened.

You're at 5 months today. Give USCIS a call. They may not do much since you're just over 5 months today, but it can't hurt. Be persistent. I think one of the reasons that Rosa decided to act for me, in addition to getting close to 6 months, is I explained the situation to her and mentioned that I've been calling now for a long time and just getting the run around.

Man, I just tried... and according to who I spoke with you are not allowed to ask for the badge number of the Tier 2 ISO supervisor (kind of ridiculous since you got it and others have gotten it)... Plus you got a first name! I didn't ask for the first name since my called failed... After waiting 30 minutes going through the same June 16th--you can't put in a service request until your priority date has been reached--#######, Officer Baxter told me that the computer system crashed. She told me to call back, but I fear it will be worthless if all they're going to do is look at the computer... It's worthless unless you get a human and not a robot... The humans might actually listen to your STORY while the robots will just read text and mumble. I can't believe there is no response for "why hasn't June 16th moved in three plus months?" If I had their job I'd realize how important it was and I'd realize what I do everyday makes a difference in the lives of many... Lucky you Foobaz!

Lol, in my effort to get a service request I told them about the June 16th date that they keep giving us and how they've been using that for sooo long.... I also explained that I know another petitioner with a similar priority date (July 29th as opposed to my July 13th) who received a service request... So I was like "out of fairness... blah, blah, blah"... They ain't havin' none of it! Looks like I'll be waiting FOREVER.

Awesome... If you can try and write what you remember saying to the customer service rep and the tier 2 ISO... To help us (me) when we try and speak with these guys I'd appreciate it a lot! I'm a horrible speaker so I wrote everything down before calling them haha. Gosh, I'm glad for you, but equally perturbed at how some people are just lucky! haha What a process

I suggest you start hammering your Senators and Representatives :)

I thought you or others said that was virtually worthless... But I'll give it a shot here soon!
