Good and bad news. The good is that they are processing July because I'm July 11. The bad news is I got a Request for Evidence. So I have to wait until I get the mail and then respond to whatever bullshit that they can't figure out or need. To wait this long and now have to wait longer to "prove" something that I already know is fact. All those other people who commit fraud really #### it up for everyone else who truly marries for love and wishes to get on with their lives. :( I wish better luck for everyone else.

I suppose the other good news, such as it is, it seems that most people who have an RFE do get approved fairly quickly after satisfying the RFE.

They were still giving the previous date the last time I called. I'll be rattling their cage again sometime next week, probably Monday at this rate. I'll post up whatever they say.

Odd thing, they seem to be or are at least acting completely unaware of places like VJ. When I tell them about such things, they just act all dumb. The lady I talked to at my INFOPASS meeting was the same way. She had no clue how I could be in contact with so many other people in the same situation.

I suggest you contact your Senator or Representative. I contacted my Senator after my 5 moth mark and on December 15th his office (with his signature) sent me a letter saying that they would look into it. On December 20th we were approved!

Remember... they are working for US! They are our Senators/Representatives.... Use them!

My heart aches reading all these posts.

What number do you call to get a hold of someone from the CSC to ask after it reaches the 5 month point? The only way I was able to reach a person (non-automated) was saying there was a problem with my forms. Thanks for any help to begin my journey of harassing :)

Sadly, there seems to be no possible way to actually speak to someone at CSC. They've engineered the system quite well to prevent exactly that. What you've been doing so far is about the only way. As to making an INFOPASS appointment, you can do that online at USCIS' website. If you do so, don't expect miracles. However, it is frankly something to do while you wait and may remind them that you're highly interested in what happens. Contacting Senators and Representatives have had about the same results so far. However, I wouldn't call any of it a waste of time and I'll be calling USCIS back again tomorrow. :)

Your country flag in the forum says you're SO is from New Zealand, but your timeline says Armenia. I'm curious as to which it is.

It's definitely New Zealand, Auckland area. I have changed that Armenia error in the timeline twice now lol...I'll try to change it again. Guess it can't hurt to contact senators and representatives since it has hit the 5 months. Thanks for the quick reply and I will be joining you in that USCIS call! Haha

SHAME ON USCIS ! :protest::ranting::protest::ranting::protest::ranting:

What really gets me angry is that USCIS is favoring certain countries in this process.

They get approved NOA2 in less than 1-2 months Where as others have been waiting for over 4-6 months still have not received their NOA2.

USCIS if you are reading this !

The galling part about that is the ones that are favored end up being the ones who need it the least. VWP countries and/or people that are living together over seas.

Right behind that is the absolute unaccountability of the process. They're never behind and everything is always processed within the processing time (that they redefine on a whim to make it correct)
