can they still denied my entry to the U.S?

My POE will be ATL this saturday :D

What are you talking about? Did something happen after the visa was issued? Some details will be helpful, but bottom line is CBP can always deny you entry no matter what type of visa you arrive with.

nothing happened, i was just wondering because the visa site says:

A visa does not guarantee entry into the U.S.

A visa allows a foreign citizen coming from abroad, to travel to the United States port-of-entry and request permission to enter the U.S.

are they gonna ask me more questions?

Technically they can deny you entry to the US... although, I have never heard of this happening.

I entered the US on my K-1 Visa through Buffalo, NY. I drove across the border with my car and belongings. I was asked to go to a building for processing. I was asked a few questions twice at by an agent and was finished and on my way.

Very painless… don't be nervous. :dancing: CONGRATULATIONS!!! :dance:

05-31-2011 - RFE requested. They want better passport pictures of me.

06-06-2011 - Additional passport pics sent.

06-08-2011 - Evidence received and acknowledged. Whew!

06-16-2011 - NOA2 received!

07-20-2011 - Packet 3 Received!

08-01-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy.
