Can someone please example to me what is the condition of the visa given to CR-1? Are we allow to work under that visa and before we change our status to permanent resident?

Timeline

The "condition" is that it is a temporary 2 year green card. 2 years after entry you can remove the conditional status and you will get a 10 year green card. Other than that there is really no limitation. Basically it is saying that since you have been married less than 2 years Immigrations wants to check up on you after a couple of years to make sure everything is on the up and up.
