If you read the posts in this forum on Montreal interview reviews there is a lot of information.

There is also a section on the forums called REVIEWS where you can read peoples reviews of the embassy.

Interview is 15mins or less. They ask any number of random questions if you don't know your relationship then you have a big problem.

You bring what you are asked to bring in packet 3 instructions. ALWAYS bring copys of the forms and evidence papers.

You pass security just like you would at an airport the exact same thing.

also this post right here tells you VERY good information if you just do the research its all sitting right on the website and forums http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/327503-k1-guide-montreal/

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

How did you get notified that your visa was ready? Website/Email/Phone Call??

For myself:

Tues Sept 5th: DHL emailed me to say the package was in their hands, so I could get it redirected if I wanted to to my home address. I promptly replied with the pertinent info.

Wed Sept 6th: The DHL office called to let me know the package was available for pickup (and then said she would hold onto it for delivery since I had already emailed her Head Office my pertinent info). (The DHL office is an hour away.)

Thur Sept 7th: DHL Head office called me at my work number, but because I didn't have the email in front of me with my reference ID (that is in the email I sent him!!!) I got his phone # to call him back on Friday.

Fri Sept 8th: hit redial at least 50 times, finally got through... :bonk: to his voice mail.

Mon Sept 12: going to retry :) I want my passport!

How does DHL get our email? .. I'm assuming they get it from the website that we sign up to book an interview appointment for Montreal... because I don't remember provided my email any other time!
