I just got yet another email.. same email... I'm not sure what is going on but it is weird. I keep opening them to see if one page says something different but nope its all the same. Last fee I paid updated the next morning to "Paid" but the IV status did not update yet. Maybe tomorrow... if not i guess it wil be tuesday since monday is a holiday :crying:

03/31/2011 ~ FILED I-130 & G325A (SENT TO CHICAGO LOCKBOX VIA UPS)

04/09/2011 ~ RECEIVED NOA1 IN MAIL :-)

07/11/2011 ~ APPROVED WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!!

07/29/2011 ~ NVC RECEIVED CASE

08/22/2011 ~ RECEIVED NVC CASE# AND IIN

08/24/2011 ~ EMAILED DS-3032 SENT VIA HUBBYS EMAIL ACCOUNT

08/25/2011 ~ RECEIVED 3 EMAILS FROM NVC

08/25/2011 ~ PAID AOS FEE $88.00

08/26/2011 ~ AOS FEE SHOWS "PAID" - RECEIPT PRINTED AND READY TO MAIL

INTERVIEW DATE ~ 11/30/2011 - APPROVED

12/04/2011 ~ ENTERED USA THROUGH JFK AIRPORT

I saw in another thread about the same issue and I responded there too.

NVC can not issue invoice email until the case is entered fully into the system and DS-3032 is accepted. I understand that you got email, hence call NVC and get this technical issue resolved ASAP.

I just finally got the AOS invoice last night before I went to sleep. So I just paid, and submitted my I-864EZ package today by email. Hope everything goes smoothly from here on.

My P2 was July 11. I learned from NVC they received the files July 29. Case number assigned on August 12. I would thought that when case number is assigned the file is fully entered into the system already.

They admitted that since I mmmediately requested to switch to electronic processing, and they promptly assigned me a new case number, however there must be a glitch in their system that the AOS fee bill and the Choice of Agent instruction package email was not promptly sent. They flagged the case August 26 for a supervisor intervention to correct the problem. That must be what happened.

The document cover sheet I received contain a corrupted bar code, the tail of the bar code is incomplete. So with my Adobe software I just inserted my own bar code below that to use.

Let's see when I will receive the IV fee invoice.

So now I have received 7 of the same IV invoice emails lol. I called NVC and was told it must be because their system has been lagging a lot recently and she told me not to try and pay the fee again. So now just waiting for my wife's package to get here that she sent me with the signed DS-230 then I will send the AOS and IV packets. (My lawyer told me to send in both at the same time because there is less of a turn around time)

2/13/2010: Met in Korea

1/21/2011: Married in Tacloban City

USCIS (135 days)

2/23/2011: sent I-130 and I-129f

3/6/2011: received NOA1 for I-130

3/16/2011: received NOA1 for I-129f

6/17/2011: received NOA2 for I-130 and I-129f

NVC(74 Days)

7/18/2011: NVC received and case number assigned

7/20/2011: NVC Administratively closes I-129f

7/30/2011: emailed DS-3032

8/24/2011: FINALLY received AOS Fee and PAID also sent DS-3032 for the third time (PAID on 8/25)

8/26/2011: Received DS-3032 Acceptance email

9/01/2011: Received IV fee and paid (PAID on 9/02)

9/07/2011: Delivered I-864 and DS-230 to NVC (mailed on 9/06/2011)

9/12/2011: RFE For using expired DS-230 found here on VJ

9/19/2011: Sent to NVC new DS-230 and Japanese police clearance

9/23/2011: Case Complete

Manila Consulate(39 days)

9/30/2011: Manila Consulate receives Case and Schedules interview

11/02/2011: Medical at St. Lukes Medical Extension Center 11/03/2011-Medical Finished and everything is GOOD!

11/08/2011: Interview scheduled at Manila Consulate-Approved

11/15/2011: Visa in Hand

11/19/2011: POE Atlanta
