Hi there,

We have mom & two boys here in USA now from Mexico (wow...Juarez was a trip)

They are now happily married & getting ready to adjust status

Lupita did Biometrics In Cd. Juarez, Mexico for her interview on K1 fiancee visa.

My question is this does she need to include the fee to effectively RE-do Biometrics again?

Thanks!

Kim

p.s. kids are getting ready to start school on Sept 6 & all are having a fun time

AOS fee is $1070 and includes biometrics. Not paying it ($85) will get your AOS filing rejected.

You are not re-paying for anything. Its a whole new process. She must prove its her when she arrives for AOS biometrics and not someone who stole her visa and is trying to stay in the country.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
