Address changed after mailing DS230 to spouse

I've mailed all my documents to the US and the hubby is preparing them to send today, but his address has changed since I filled in the form. He's since filled in his I864 with the new address.

I'm worried I'll get an RFE if they don't match up, but I'm also a bit worried about letting him redo the front page and print it (as I can't save changes onto the form and email it to him) as I spent a good hour checking every minute detail on it.

Can I write a cover letter to explain this, or which is the safest option while I've still got chance to do it right?

Ready for my grand ol' timeline? Alrighty then!

AOS (I-864) must have his current address and once it is filed, any change in address needs to be informed. As far as DS-230, I think it is alright, as the address could have been old one at the time DS-230 was filed and then at the time I-864 is filed, the petitioner might have changed his/ her address and hence done his/ her I-864 accordingly.

Don't write anything to NVC (learn from my experience), which could mess up. If a RFE comes, then resend DS-230 - you will get a chance to submit DS-230 with current address at the interview time and you can do it at that time. Just wait and submit a new DS-230 only if a RFE is sent to you.

Thanks for your reply. Actually we've not sent any of it yet - I'd only sent my stuff (DS230) to Hubby's house, not to the NVC. So there's still time to change the DS230 before it goes.

Also, he lives in a temporary address and will most likely move as I get there into our own place, but we don't have an address yet. What do I put for Q10? I feel like it's a bit weird putting the temp address as it's a hostel, but don't want to mess it up.

Go ahead and use the temp address and you can always change the address when needed - no problem. Remember all correspondence from NVC is through email, so you are fine. But remember to change the addresses (online or call NVC) when the petitioner address changes midway through the process.
