I have submitted the initial evidence they asked for.. Now we wait for the decision..If we get a yes, what happens next??

If we get a no, what do we do then?? I was just reading other topics and it seems very difficult to get an approved K-1..

It has been almost 6 months now that the application has been submitted.. If the we are approved, what should my fiance bring to his interview(pics, conversations)?? Thank you, I hope to get some well explained answer!!!

To start with it is only 5 months and you got an RFE you have sent it back? Then they will continue to proces your case as soon as they receive it and then you should hear about aproval. You need to read the guides for K1 and also check the Moroccan consulate site to see what documents are needed after approval and K1 interview.

Divorced !st November 2012.

I am not sure what other topics you are talking about. But actually getting K-1 is not that hard, as longs as you have enough evidence of the relationship and you don't have some circumstances like criminal records etc....

That is not necessarily true for Morocco. Morocco is famous for rejecting K1s.

Some times no news is good news, If you get an RFE respond with complete information. See history on VJ for length of time and comments by members to get a feel for the embassy. Good Luck
