IV processing fee

hi

today i seen in lo-gin(https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx) IV application processing fee but when i select check box for pay...i can't select it what is reason it is not activated????or anything else.i had already paid AOS it status shown paid

help me out

We are facing the same issue too. But NVC has not emailed us about the IV bill. Have you received your IV bill via email?

no we didn't get mail about IV frm NVC ....It is due to e-mail???

Not sure.. Maybe someone else who has gone through this can come by and shed some light. Hopefully we'll both be able to pay the IV fee soon!

Do you guys/girls have Invoice number from NVC?

You need to have case and invoice number to login and pay the fees.

If you have both of them, then, something wrong with NVC site... I remember that it was out of service for some times when I went through it last year.

i called today to nvc they told me u have to wait IV processing fee mail from nvc then u will able to pay fee.is it right?

also, make sure you're not using safari. It gave me a big headache for a while. Mozilla works wonderfully.

Same thing as me... today though I received email and was then able to pay :-) be on the lookout for it!

Today i got IV processing fee invoice no by NVC e-mail And i paid IV bill

09/01/2011 Got e-mail from NVC IV Bill(accpted choice of agent) and i paid

Got the email! Now I'm waiting impatiently for the husband to wake.

I got the same problem and luckily that I found out the way to work around it. Not sure it work for you or not but it worked for me. I think you don't need to wait until you get a bill in mail. I got an email in the morning and be able to paid it in few hours later. The way I did it doesn't make scene but it worked and hope that can help someone out.

What happen to me was after logged in to account using NVC case and invoice number. I check the IV fee box and the "Selected amount" right below that changed to $230.00. I clicked the pay button and the "Selected amount" changed back to $0.00 after 2 seconds and going nowhere. What I did was unchecked the box and wait for few seconds then checked it again. The "Selected amount" changed back to $230. I waited for another 5 minutes then clicked on pay button and magically it worked. I was pay it using my bank info and after clicked on submit payment, it gave me an error said that "The payment stop due to an active payment in process". I logged out the account and logged back in then statue show "in process". After 2 days I logged back in the the statue changed to "PAID". I called my bank and BOOM!!! $230 was went through.

Note: On my Dad case, worked after couple tried but my Mom case took me a bit longer. Don't give up and keep trying.
