Apologies if this has been posted before i have tried to dig through..

My wife filed a I-130 in Jerusalem and it was accepted

we are in the process of gathering the documents and i have my uncle as living in the US a joint sponsor.

She has dual citizenship (mexican and US). she has been living in Israel since 2007 as volunteers with an NGO. We got married April 2011. Our domicile is my uncles address and she has a bank account on that address too and that is where we intend to stay until we get a place of our own. She voted in last election in US but we cant find her voters card. Will that proof of domicile be enough?

Since she has zero income and has never filed taxes, will a no tax letter be enough?

My birth certificate doesnt have my fathers name on it since he has not been around since i was born but i listed his name on other forms. i have known him as an adult. My mum has brought me up as a single mother. Does that complicate things?

Thank you all great minds for your answers
