Hang on pal I believe soon you ll get your Noa2 few days ,or few months to wait it s not a big deal as long as it's not few years :) , I know people that waited 4 years for there I-130 process and now they have kids and living happy ,I very wish all of us a very lucky Journey

9/6/2011 - NVC Havana case number assigned

9/16/2011 - NVC forwarded case to Havana

9/19/2011 - NVC generated informational letter to me

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

To all who understand Hindi/Urdu I'm about to do something that everyone who is in the same boat as me can relate to.

(Apologize if you do not understand hindi, but just know that this is a nice romantic gesture)

Its quite unorthodox of me to do such things but I'm high right now and I gotta express...

I was explaining this to my fiancee (who hasn't seen this movie or hasn't heard the song so wasn't aware of it)... So I explained to her how our situation is soooo similar.

The video/song sums up how she is fed up of the distance and longing and how I always have the "No good news today" response... Its from the movie Ram Lakhan.

It was a nice jog down memory lane. I just liked how everything about this song fits my situation, where my cousin's play the role of the comic brothers near the end of the song...

I'm loving it... someone said Cloud 9, yep thats where I'm at...

I wish everyone the same luck as that has been bestowed upon me.
