Hello y visajourney family, wee got another email from the NVC after we received the automated email and here's the what they've said in it:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and

Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying

the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.

For more information regarding the immigrant visa application fee or for

answers to frequently asked questions, please visit the following

website:

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the

NVC (by telephone, mail, or email), all submitted fees and documents

will expire. If this occurs, your fees will need to be repaid and

documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the

Does anyone know what's exactly the best way we can make this process real smooth and fast? SO now they accepted the choice of agent form when the real work will get started?!!!! I'll appreciate anyy tip and thank u all in advance!!

Hi and thank u so much for ur reply as usual u r a great help. But brother I wanna ask u what it is for the IIN number and can u explain for me what's the step in the NVC process cos I read the NVC shortcut thread but still kinda confused. Thank u again magical!!!

Once NVC provide the NVC Case number and then enters the full case into their system, you can start paying the fees online and send the documents for processing.

To pay the fee online, you will need NVC Case number and Invoice Identification Number (IIN). Call NVC and get the IIN asap.

Then logon to NVC payment website and use "Petitioner" and your NVC Case Number and Invoice Identification Number and login. Link https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

You will find that AOS fee bill for USD 88.00. Pay that using your checking or saving bank details and after 1 - 2 days the ststus of that payment changes to PAID. Then you will be able to print the Cover Sheet with Bar Code. Use this to mail the AOS packet (I-864). If by any chance you have your IV fee bill for USD 404.00, pay that also and do the same as above. Check the links DS-230 and SD-230 cover letter to get help.
