recieved a rfe today,,,,requesting more evidence of what we already sent in the first time,,at least we finally heard something and can now focus on getting thru this,,,please pray for us,,thanks everyone hear for all youre help!!!!

Yayyy! This means they're actually getting around to processing your case-- I know that "background checks" letter you got was a ruse. Good luck! We got our green card exactly 1 month after we replied to the RFE.

i am about to file in my i-751, i have all the financial co mingling, lease, credit card, sams club joint acct,auto,medical and life insurances, but my tax return was married but filling separately, due to spouse not been ready at time of filling, would this affect my petition in any way?

we just recieved an email today saying our card was ordered and we should have it within 30 days,,,thank you God for seeing us thru and thanks to everyone here at vj for youre help and support ,,God bless you all
