Ugggghhh. Have you thought about contacting your senator's office? I'm just about ready to do that myself, but I don't want to look unreasonable. When is it Senator Time?

I have a family emergency so I need to leave the country asap and have no time to get in touch with my senator. Will leave it for hubby as his homework Maybe by the time I get back, the 10 year green card will be waiting for me. (OK, how am I kidding here? ). Good luck with your senator. I wouldn't worry about looking unreasonable. Just go ahead and do it, can't lose anything by trying.

We faxed our privacy release form to the Federal Agency Liaison in Sen. Isakson's office tonight. We're moving Saturday. I am crossing my fingers for a miracle.

Thanks Yurika & Jim, the dates that are posted above are correct, I-751 receipt date is 09/06/11 and the ASC apointment notice is 09/16/11 and the Biometrics was 10/14/11 and that's where it stops for now

So... it looks like sent date: ?, NOA date: 9/6, Bio date: 10/14??? Now we need "sent date" for the list!!

We called USCIS again tonight (30 days since original service request) with hilarious results. The first representative couldn't file another service request, for some reason, so she forwarded me to some other department. We waited on hold for 25 minutes. The next representative who got on the line first chided me for being TOO LOUD! TOO LOUD!, which was a new one. Then, as she rattled off the script of what she was supposed to say to me, there was something in it about which I was confused, so I asked (nicely, I might add) for clarification. "YOU WANT TO CALL BACK?" she yelled at me. "I know I have an accent but that is no reason for you not to understand me!" I mean, the woman went unhinged! I said, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, nobody said anything about your accent, ma'am. I'm asking for clarification about your point." She calmed down, but then told me that I-751 applications "just take a long time." Thanks. Then she proceeded to finish reading me the script and filed an additional service request, which she read aloud to me as she typed. It was something like, "Applicant has been waiting a long time. Please approve applicant soon."

So, in summary, it seemed like a totally ineffective waste of 30 minutes. Still no word from our senator's office. I don't know whether to be comforted or alarmed by the fact that GA-Guy just joined the thread-- he's from the same city with the same NOA1 date. Bet you anything that his, Kat&A's, and my applications are all just collecting dust on the same adjudicator's desk.

Man i'm sorry to read this, I am "technically" a month behind as we received a RFE on July 3rd and mailed it back July 29, so my file was delayed an extra month. I guestimate they received the requested evidence on about August 1st and it's now been 20 days with nothing, nada, zilch, zero updates. :angry:
