Hi,

I don't want to do it myself because I'm afraid of not getting the format right but here is our info if someone would like to add it:

Filed 9-6-11

Noa1 9-8-11

Biomet 10-3-11

RFE 12-16-11

Sent RFE in around 1-20-12 but can't remember exact date, still waiting for approval. I share everyone's frustration... It's good to know others are in the same boat. What's annoying is going on the USCIS website and having it still say 'Initial Review' after all this time. Maybe if there were more stages to update you on it would be a little easier. anyway those are our dates if someone would like to add them. Thanks Chuck & Jean

Us too... Very disappointing... My husband and I just got back from a vacation in Mexico, at the POE, the IO said, "did you guys file the removal of conditions within 90 days?" We answered "yes" and the IO said, "and those guys STILL haven't processed it?" We wish they would, but nothing... He also went on to advise us against using a lawyer to do any kind of paperwork... LOL...

I just got my approval notice today in the mail. I never hired a lawyer, I did all my paperwork (even the first time), I thought it was a waste of money since we got married in good faith. And when I consulted the first time, they charged too much...

Gee, It's almost end of February and still nothing from CSC. Our 6 month mark is almost there on March 15th. Hopefully something soon. I would like to have this behind me already.

I just checked the June and July filers, no cards for Vermonters either, then I checked MARCH 2011 filers, still some outstanding cards to be received, more than 50% not received for Vermont... we'll have to figure out how to get an extension to our extension! Anyone know? (probably the March filers know....)

Well no approval notice in the mail yet as of today but I received first text message and email around noon on the 23rd of February. Got a 2nd text and email for card production at 1:00 a.m Central time on the 24th.

Today received two text messages and two emails. First one this afternoon saying they have mailed new card. Just after 6pm received another saying USPS picked up letter containing new card. Last email says should get the card within 7 days. Woot!

I don't know if there is a pattern for csc and those who signed up for case updates via text and email but thought. I would share.

I sincerely hope all those still waiting hear some good news soon. This has been the longest most stressful experience of them all.

You have to make an info pass appointment to extend it.

I think if they are not done but the time your extension expires you can file for citizenship. You should be eligible to file for citizenship. That normally speeds things up.
