Did my biometrics on friday, in and out in 10 minutes. I keep hoping VSC is going to speed things up, but it looks like I'm in for a long wait, let's hope it'll be for an approval not an RFE

I was just wondering something - my AOS was transferred to CSC from VSC to speed everything up. Does anyone know if this has ever happened for removal of conditions? It would be nice considering people who apply through Vermont are only being approved from April, it's crazy! And not fair. I wish I lived in California. Dum USCIS. Rant over :)

On December 16, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Hopefully, it is true. But I will believe it when I see the card!

Ugh, still not Vermont approvals for us September filers. Man, this office is so slow. Does anyone know if the August filers are getting approvals from the Vermont service center yet?

The timeline:

10/16/03 Moved to US on H1B (good for 3 years)

08/24/06 Second H1B (good for another 3 years)

07/01/07 Met husband

07/27/08 Engaged

03/14/09 Married- snowy, winter wedding in Vermont!

08/31/09 I-485, I-130, I-765 & I-131 received at lockbox in Chicago

09/04/09 Checks cashed and Notice issued

09/11/09 NOA's received for I-485, I-130, I-765 & I-131

09/14/09 Biometrics Appointment received (Appointment for 10/7/2009)

09/19/09 Complete Biometrics (Walk-in at Boston center)

10/05/09 Received Notice of Interview (Interview on 10/29/2009)

10/06/09 EAD approved

10/06/09 Advance Parole approved (documentation being sent out)

10/09/09 Second email sent from USCIS saying that the EAD card is being produced

don't forget guys VJ doesn't make up all the people who filed! also seems quite a few people who file don't post in the ROC month threads either. I have been looking and there are other Sept files that were approved who never posted on this thread so their information isn't even on our list =/
