Did my biometrics on friday, in and out in 10 minutes. I keep hoping VSC is going to speed things up, but it looks like I'm in for a long wait, let's hope it'll be for an approval not an RFE

Received my card yesterday, 11/28. This one is actually green, the last one was white in the front. Well, finally the stress is gone!:)

2-year green card application:

07/29/2009- Mailed I-130, I-485, I-693, I-864, I-864A, G-325A, I-765 via USPS.

08/02/2009- Package delivered to Chicago.

08/06/2009- Checks cashed.

08/10/2009- Received NOA's for I-485, I-130, I-765 (issued August 6th).

08/19/2009- Recieved Biometrics Appointment notice (bio apt 9/12 at 9am).

08/21/2009- Recieved RFE for I-485 (issued August 17th).

08/22/2009- Responded to RFE.

09/01/2009- Case processing resumed (RFE recieved on 8/27/2009).

09/01/2009- Walk-in biometrics at 1:00pm, in and out in 15mins.

09/09/2009- Recieved e-mail: EAD card production ordered on 09/08/2009.

09/14/2009- Recieved another e-mail: EAD card production ordered (AGAIN!) on 09/11/2009.

09/16/2009- EAD recieved in the mail.

09/21/2009- Applied for a SSN.

09/30/2009- Recieved SSC.

10/14/2009- Received interview notice (Interview on 11/16 at 9:35am)

wish i could share happy news but not this time..well i finally got letter from uscis and it was RFE they ask me to send me again everything plus the W-2 form for the federal taxes, basically they want to see my income but i filed for these taxes jointly with hubby, they gave me deadline till february to send documents again...i was really upset its like they lost all my documents the first time :( oh well it is what it is...congratulations for the approvals and good luck for everyone...

P.S. the RFE letter date is 11/28/2011

hello, i received txt message from uscis that my case was updated, when i checked my case online the mesaage was"on november 29 we ordered production of your new card", i think this is an approval.

i wish that all of you will also be approve before christmas, thank you very much to all of you, good luck.

Hi! Got an RFE too, sent it yesterday. I didn't include our tax returns in our application, it must be one of the reasons I got RFE. I gave them twice of the evidences as much of what I sent them in my application. Funny, though, I guess that the evidence I sent them is quite too little even though I follow the instruction on what to send. Also, in my assumption, they need some proofs that we lived together in 3 addresses I mentioned in my application for the past 12 months.

Though, they didn't really specify what they need from us, it was all general that anything could prove our marriage is in good faith. Does finances matters in this application? Thought, you only need to prove that your marriage is in good faith.

You seem to also have had your adjustment status approved in your profile. Is that the same as Removing Conditions? Congrats.

What was the date of your biometrics & the date of your approval so we can update the applications table?
