Did my biometrics on friday, in and out in 10 minutes. I keep hoping VSC is going to speed things up, but it looks like I'm in for a long wait, let's hope it'll be for an approval not an RFE

Just touching base -

No updates or " last updated date " on my case so far since I did biometrics on the 3rd of October.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

same here..my first green card actually expires next week on 19 and im leaving for Bulgaria this saturday. I have the letter saying its extended so i hope they will let me back...you never know with the emigrations :unsure:

Hi!

Guys I was able to walk in for biometrics in NYC on W Hudson St. With a little bit of attitude they accepted me! Yay!

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

Quite encouraging to see all of the walk-ins going so well. I would attempt one too, if the office wasn't 1.5 hour drive away.
