Did my biometrics on friday, in and out in 10 minutes. I keep hoping VSC is going to speed things up, but it looks like I'm in for a long wait, let's hope it'll be for an approval not an RFE

I am from AOS Oct Filer 2009 but got my GC late in 2010. So I won't be in this thread but would like to read to help me prepare my ROC in Nov :) I have seen few friends from Oct Filers here... Can't believe that we all will do the paperworks again!!

When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? You need that date for the list :) (Not the letter received date)

My check has not been cashed still even though they received the packet on the 16th. I do remember that it takes exactly 5 days for mail to get from St. Albans to Florida so I'm not expecting anything before next Monday.

But what happened in your cases, what showed up first -a cashed check or NOA1?

Hi everyone, Inky can you add me to the VSC list? Sent package on the 15th, received NOA 1 today with a receipt date of 09/19/11. Very excited to get the process going, hopefully it won't be too long of a wait, but at least we have no restrictions this time! Thanks
